This is how you become super useful to your boss

Ok so you know that like you can do most of the entire days work in like 5 minutes, I know I can.

However our bosses our stuck in the old world of thinking that if you look busy then you are busy.

There is truth in both.

My style, schedule everything, do all the work as soon as possible, and then have it scheduled so that you are montiroing things all the time (spelling) to make sure that you are actually preparing yourself for that management position. Other people like to sweat all day long.

Decide on your work style and then have things flow, make a schedule of some sort, have an end goal, completing a report is not the only thing, there needs to be some sort of reason, also however you are on someone elses time and clock and so you must work like an animal for them, as when it is your business you might expect the same

I do believe in the mix between Democracy and Laissez Faire for attaining that perfect pitch of production regardless if the team leader is around, as we have found that although demographically authoritarian or dictator style manamegement does increase production while the boss is around, as soon as he or she is out of the room, numbers drop.

Follow the Democracy and Laissez Faire perfect pitch and you will create loyalty and value of that which you could not put a number on without real forensic accountants
